Some Easter fun with Dwight and Rochelle: decorating our lamb cake, which Rochelle named “Twinkie,” because we had to fill him with lots of lemon cream to keep him from falling apart. Then we used chop sticks to keep his head from falling over. So, Rochelle stuck marshmallow peeps on top for Twinkie’s ears. We had such a good time!
